Gathering data using the Google Analytics app
This website uses the Google Analytics service offered by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States). It analyzes the use of this website by the user. This app uses cookies that are also stored on your device’s hard drive. When using the service, we collect personal data, such as:
– Internet protocol address (IP address) of the device from which you access our website,
– type of device,
– browser type,
– the date and time you access our site,
– duration of the session and pages examined,
– the city and country from which you access our site.
The collected data does not allow the internet protocol address to be linked to the location from which you access our site or to the other data collected through the service. This makes your individualization impossible. Besides, the data we collect is anonymized. This means that the last digits of the user’s end-device internet protocol are shortened, which doesn’t permit user identification.

Legal basis and purpose of using cookies and personal data collected through them – Art. 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation, namely for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller. The data collected through this service is used for statistical and analytical purposes to improve the quality of the site and make it more attractive to our visitors.
Parties to which we provide your Data
We may only transmit the Data to third parties if this is admissible and / or required by law or subject to your explicit consent. Data may be provided to partners and consultants who take care of our website as well as to public authorities if it is required to comply with a legal obligation or for the legitimate interests of the controller (e.g. if an illegal action is found against our website) or if lawfully requested by investigative services or the police.
We do not provide your data to third parties within the meaning of the Regulation.
Your rights
We take into consideration your rights in accordance to the requirements of the Regulation, the fundamental of which are:
- A right to information about your rights, the same are listed in the next bullet points of this section, information on the identification and contact details of Real Estate Service Group Bulgaria Ltd., the purposes and legal basis of the storage and processing your data and other information we have provided to you in this Policy in accordance to Art. 13 and 14 of the Regulation;
- A right to access your own Personal Data – based on an enquiry we will give you information about your Personal Data, which we process. Please, bear in mind that it is possible that Real Estate Service Group Bulgaria has to collect reasonable fares. (Art. 15 of the Regulation).
- A right to correct your Data by an appeal from you and specific information, accompanied, when possible, with your written agreement (Art. 16 of the Regulation).
- A right to delete your Personal Data by a request, submitted by you. Please, bear in mind that this is not always possible, except in the cases listed in the Regulation and in accordance with the applicable legislation and the existence of legal obligations for the controller to store data for certain periods (Article 17 of the Regulation).
- A right to limit the processing of Data. Please, bear in mind that this is not always possible, except in the cases listed in the Regulation and in accordance with the applicable legislation (Article 18 of the Regulation).
- A right of data portability – as a data subject You have the right to transfer your data to another administrator provided that processing is done on the basis of your consent or on the basis of a contractual obligation and if the processing is done in an automated manner, and as long as the rights of others will remain unaffected. This right of yours also has some limitations. (Article 20 of the Regulation).
- A right of objection against processing the Data. Please, bear in mind that this is not always possible, except in the cases listed in the Regulation and in accordance with the applicable legislation (Article 21 of the Regulation).
- A right to defend your rights in administrative and / or judicial proceedings in case of violation of the latter. Technical and organizational measures
We apply the appropriate technical and organizational measures so collecting and processing of Data are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation and they provide protection of the subject’s rights. We review, control and when necessary, we correct daily the effectiveness of our security measures, of appropriate systems, controls and procedures, including scanning for vulnerabilities and their correction. We apply adequate internal rules and employee training in terms of processing, preserving and security of the Data and the confidential information.
Duration of data retention
“Cookies” are stored on your device for a different period depending on their type – temporary or permanent.

The processing of your data does not go beyond the scope and the volume declared by this Privacy Policy and the Regulation, which also complies with our Internal Rules.
